POLICY RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ON THIS WEB SITE (PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196 OF 30 June 2003)

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures involved in the operation of this web site acquire some personal data as part of their normal functioning. The transferring of this data involves the use of Internet communication protocols.
This relates to data that is not collected to be associated with the data subjects identified but which could, by their nature, by processing and associations with data held by third parties, permit the identification of the users concerned.

The processing related to the web services on this site are conducted at the registered office of SIA and are dealt with only by the persons in charge of the processing, or by staff conducting occasional maintenance operations.

DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS

The parties to whom the personal data refer may at any time request confirmation that their data is being held, be notified of the contents of such data and their origin, verify whether it is accurate or request that it be completed, updated or corrected, (art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Data Protection Code).

In accordance with this same article, the data subject is entitled to request that the data be deleted or be made anonymous or demand that data held in violation of law be blocked, and such parties may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the data being processed.
